POSITIONS Available:
1) DRAFTSMAN (INTERIOR DESIGN)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of details, technical drawings.
- Follow through the whole life span of projects ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
- Preparing and approving the electrical and architectural layout details.
- Assists in preparing 3D views in 3Ds MAX when necessary.
Requirements
• Min. Certificate/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
• Min. 1 year working experience in Autocad, 3D, Photoshop, Sketch -up and other various graphic and rendering software
• Must have experience in interior projects and fit out or similar industries.
• Strong in construction drawing, detailing and good knowledge of materials and technical requirements
• Ability to sketch would be an advantage.
• Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
• Highly motivated and has good working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

2) SALES INTERIOR DESIGNER
Responsibilities
- Provides professional advice on Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications
- Work closely with project team to ensure work is carried out in accordance to detailed drawings and desired quality
- Manage project costings and prepare project quotation
Requirements
• Min. Certificate/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage and meet client’s expectations
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Sales Driven, Responsible, Honest, Highly motivated
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, AutoCad and Photoshop will be an added advantage

3) OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Responsible, allocate and supervise works carry out by the Carpentry & Electrical/General Department
- Take site measurements and allocate/ coordinating works with Carpentry and Electrical/General Supervisor
- Site Supervision to ensure that the Carpentry & Electrical/General department carries out its work to the standards, costings
and deadlines set
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers at various stages
- Ensure smooth operations & a safe working environment
- Prepare project/ materials costings
Requirements
• Min. 2 to 5 years' relevant experience in interior/ construction industry
• Good knowledge in carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills with good leadership quality
• Matured and independent with positive attitude, able to work under pressure
• Good command in Mandarin & Basic command in English
• PC & Internet savvy

4) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Liaise with suppliers to order materials/ goods, check pricing, stock availability and delivery
- Liaise with clients to schedule appointment dates and assists in follow up project schedules
- Update of Employees' Name lists, Workers' Insurance, Application of Work permit or S Pass
- Answering phones calls and enquiries
- Maintaining office equipments and pantry supplies
- Performing other Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
• Min. GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply!)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Good telephone etiquette
• Detailed & organized
