Stone - Granite

Mount Desert Granite and Brick offers an extensive selection of quality granite, including Maine’s-own Deer Isle granite and equally beautiful, exotic granites from Italy, India, Brazil and other quarries around the world.

Though local stone is a favorite choice for many of our customers, you may choose from approximately 100 different varieties, available in an array of shapes, sizes and finishes. Most of our countertop granite – ideal for your kitchen or bathroom – has a polished finish and comes standard 3 centimeters thick. However, we do offer additional options for thickness and finishes.

In addition to granite, we also offer a selection of fine marbles, limestone,

travertino, soapstone and CaesarStone Quartz for non-masonry applications. We invite you to stop by our shop to see some of the large slabs we keep on hand and our showroom samples. We offer free estimates for our masonry and countertop work.
