All of our timber flooring products have a 20 year structural warranty and a 5 year surface warranty.

The timber flooring products have a 3-4mm top layer of timber which ensures that the timber floor will be very durable. Some products from some large importer only have 2 or 2.5mm thick timber to reduce the costs of their product. All timber products are 1800-1830mm long x 140mm wide and 14mm thick.

Also there is 5 coats of U.V. Acrylic coating on the top of each timber board to ensure the timber is protected from foot traffic, general use and also the sun's ultra violet light that can fade some products.
